The Alltrade 648422 is a Spark Plug Hole Rethreader. The rethreader has 14 mm and 18 mm threads. It is used for repairing damaged or dirty threads in spark plug holes. Rubber O-ring holds tool firmly in place in 13/16" socket when in use.
