Weiser Lock AC500R3 Richmond Front/Back Lockset, Bright Brass Features: • 25 YEAR MECHANICAL WARRANTY - Effective June 1, 2000 knobsets are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material, mechanical parts and workmanship for twenty-five years from the original date of purchase. • 10 YEAR FINISH WARRANTY - Effective June 1, 2000 knobsets are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from finish defects for ten years from the original date of purchase. • GRADE III - Knobsets meet the residential ANSI A156.2 grading requirements, surpassing rigorous 200,000 cycle tests-Grade III. • ADJUSTABLE LATCH - Knobsets include an adjustable latch for 2 3/8" (60mm) or 2 3/4" (70mm) door backsets.
